Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Manage and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Assist in writing compelling job descriptions and posting them to relevant platforms.
- Provide feedback and status updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
