- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers using modern scheduling tools.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Lever).
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours/week) with a reliable internet connection.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
