Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in real-time during night hours.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and security updates.
- Assist users with remote connectivity and access management.
- Document technical interactions and create knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve complex escalations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for hardware setup.
