Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues for internal employees during the night shift.
- Monitor system performance and server health, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets with a focus on rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates during off-peak hours.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and system changes in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of ongoing critical incidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting network connectivity.
- Experience with remote access tools (VPN, TeamViewer) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and be available on weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with a global team.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical degree is highly preferred.
