Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and patch critical infrastructure systems during low-traffic windows.
- Monitor server health and network performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals for remote employees.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or Network+ is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Active Directory administration.
- Proven experience working rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
