Responsibilities

- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation (for on-site shifts, if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
