Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance, security patches, and software updates on weekends.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software configurations for incoming teams.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Certification in A+, Network+, or CompTIA Security+ is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
