Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory and ensure all peripherals (printers, scanners) are functional.
- Perform routine security updates, patch management, and system maintenance during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals for incoming staff.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
