Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical positions using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals).
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to track candidate progress efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in utilizing social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
