Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline using advanced sourcing techniques, social recruiting, and networking.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate personas.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and technical interviews to assess cultural fit and skill proficiency.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software industry.
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill roles and experience with niche technical domains (e.g., AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technical methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability for recruitment goals.
