- Design and execute SEO-optimized recruitment campaigns targeting passive candidates in AI/ML, quantum computing, and clean tech
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for 2026 project milestones using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior technical roles, collaborating with CTOs to define future skill requirements
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages with conversion-focused SEO tactics and A/B testing
- Analyze market trends and competitor talent strategies to maintain our competitive edge in 2026 tech talent acquisition
- Mentor junior recruiters on emerging sourcing technologies and future-proof recruitment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in AI/ML or quantum tech talent acquisition
- Expert-level SEO certification (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush) with demonstrable impact on recruitment metrics
- Mastery of Boolean search strings, Boolean logic, and advanced ATS functionality (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR) and associated skill requirements
- Portfolio showing 20+ placements in senior technical roles with competitive compensation packages
