Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles using various platforms and databases.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.

Qualifications
